Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 98 === There are many domestic and foreign studies related to the topic of the key factors in innovation performance. But lacking of a major study to conduct integrated to compile the methods enhancing the performance of organizational innovation to let the organization make management decisions to catch the key factors of enhancing innovation performance. Therefore, this study uses secondary data collection and analysis techniques witch called Meta-analysis method, through this method needs to collect large amount of literature and search for a framework that match this study in domestic and foreign literatures from 2000 to 2010, then we get 18 foreign literatures and 24 domestic literatures. Using a total of 42 samples for encoding and integrating research findings. Then calculating the quantitative values of Meta-analysis, the Fail save N, heterogeneity Q test, significance weighted Zc values, True population effect size, 95% confidence interval and Explained variation to verify and analyze.
In a view of explained variation of innovation performance, the critical success factor of organizational
innovation performance are value management, knowledge management and organizational culture, goal-oriented and incentive method are compared low, suggesting to take a further study to find other moderating. Finally, provide useful suggestions to practitioners base on the results.
