However, in Taiwan, English is a Foreign Language, students’ lack of the environment to speaking English. The elementary class size is too large, too. It''s difficult for the teacher to improve students'' speaking ability. Therefore, we design two kinds of learning activities, individual speaking and interactive speaking, and a system to promote students speaking ability. We hope that making animation by students themselves can improve students'' learning motivation. After experiment the result showed that ”individual speaking” will strongly effect the learning achievement, because in this activity students will think by themselves; students have more interesting on “interactive speaking”, they can ask their partner, every student perform better. In the future, the use of animation will strongly effect the performance, and have relationship with learning achievement, encourage students to learn much better in English speaking effectively.
