碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 管理學院高階主管企管碩士班 === 98 === Entrepreneurs are very special and rare roles to the national economy. They lead the development of the enterprice innovation. So the topic of entrepreneurs is always a hot issue. Why do people choose to start a new business on their own instead of being employed? What are the differences between entrepreneurs and employees? Do the differences come from talent or education and train? Previous researches did not address the focus on entrepreneurs in traditional industries. This research integrates entrepreneurs and social capital to see the effect of these two factors on the activities of starting a new business. This research takes a two stages-method. At the first stage, we interview a company`s CEO. At this stage we try to analyze his personal characteristics, entrepreneurs and social capital. At the second stage we take some psychological tests on the CEO. At this stage, we try to integrate the result from the previous stage and this stage to propose our research conclusion.
