Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 管理學院高階主管企管碩士班 === 98 === Since the second half of 2008, the century financial crisis caused the global economic downturn and depression, and had a great impact on many companies. Only companies with excellent quality and cost competitive advantage can safely survive through the financial crisis, and become paradigm of everlasting sustainable companies. The international quality certification has become a trend in the software industry, Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) has been used for many large software companies to improve the development process within the organization, and become the guideline for software quality implementation. Thus CMMI has gradually become an internationally recognition of capacity indicator for software development process and project quality management.
This study bases on competitive strategy theory to show company’s history of software development, and to explain the quality improvement plan during the financial crisis era. At the same time, this study introduces SWOT analysis to investigate company''s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in internal and external environment, and then map out a long-term software development strategy. To follow the international trend, the company introduces CMMI as an organizational standard to improve software process and quality. According to strategically planning of the company, this study explains the motivation, purpose, results and influence by the lead-in of CMMI. Finally, by investigating company’s software development strategy and CMMI lead-in process, this study provides suggestions by analyzing the results obtained, and summarized the conclusions and recommendations.
