Summary:碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 機械工程研究所碩士在職專班 === 98 === ANSYS, the finite element simulation software, is used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of a four-wire-suspension asymmetric-type optical pickup actuator. The attention is focusing on the frequency responses between 1KHz and 10KHz. The FEM model of the actuator is modified according to comparison of the numerical and the experimental data.     It can be proved that the flexible PCB can reduce the transmissibility. Also, the unmovable parts can actually be affected by the driving force of the voice coil motor, which passes through wires and causes unexpected responses. Then, certain design improvements are made based on the numerical results.
