To understand the abilities of MARC in the prediction and suitability of the behavior in deep drawing, compared with experimental results are applied firstly. Thickness, drawing load and material behavior are separately discussed. Upper die with ultrasonic vibration which direction is parallel and vertical to the moving stroke assists in deep drawing. Finally, the paper investigates the influence of deep drawing with ultrasonic vibration.
