System quality, knowledge or information quality, system use, and learners’ satisfaction of e-Portfolio platform were investigated after applying WKRS. The samples of this study are 100 students. Experimental results showed that e-Portfolio using plug-in WKRS could enhance the learners’ satisfaction, and the use of e-Portfolio system. In addition, according to the characteristics of adaptability of WKRS, most of the participants perceived that the e-Portfolio system can provide more accurate and higher knowledge or information quality.
