Summary:碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 資訊工程研究所 === 98 === This paper presents a Wikipedia Knowledge Recommendation System (WKRS), and investigating its influence on learners’ satisfaction of using e-Portfolio. WKRS is able to identify and annotate Wikipedia knowledge on learner’s portfolio and recommend the knowledge which is related to learners defined on Wikipedia. System quality, knowledge or information quality, system use, and learners’ satisfaction of e-Portfolio platform were investigated after applying WKRS. The samples of this study are 100 students. Experimental results showed that e-Portfolio using plug-in WKRS could enhance the learners’ satisfaction, and the use of e-Portfolio system. In addition, according to the characteristics of adaptability of WKRS, most of the participants perceived that the e-Portfolio system can provide more accurate and higher knowledge or information quality.
