碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 98 === In the digital era, hand-held is the device not only for communication, but also for life. With smart phone, we could integrate living function. People can get whatever immediate information they need at anytime and anyplace by camera lens equipped on smart phone to read QR code so as to connect to internet or retrieve the information from memory card inserted on it. Through technology integration, internet resource can be effectively utilized which also facilitates mobility in daily contexts, and drives more commercial application. The thesis probes into the definition and characteristics of mobile commerce, and also elaborates the status of QR Code and applications of it, which aims to satisfy user demands on mobile values such as needs at critical moment, wants for entertainments, spontaneous request or decision, efficiency and portable requirements etc. The innovative concept of the platform developed on this thesis applies internet resource to portable learning, museum and sightseeing guidance, video promotion on agricultural products and search for missing elders etc. On-call information upon the request of video conference platform customizes users’ demands so as to determine the way to use internet. Mobile phone is used as portable device to reduce high buying cost. QR code and customized platform bring more convenient life for different groups in society and also for every kind of potential business value. According to market development, in practice, the research is recommended to be toward QR Code producer, information video commerce, and relative emerging industry like advertising、logistics service and so on. It suggests government institutions give weight to digital personnel training in every industry and extend accessible contents on existing web pages especially for search of missing elders and sightseeing guidance. Academically, in accordance with this thesis, five applications can be elaborated in depth.
