Feed pressure, production time, purge time, backfill time and feed temperature are the factors of full factorial design of experiment. The process of second part comes from previous work of our group but some operating conditions had changed. Besides adding one adsorption bed to the process, a storage tank is also added。Expecting recovery could be increased by removing purge step and at the same time some operating conditions are also altered to keep ethanol purity at 99.5wt% which fits the goal of dehydration ethanol。The PSA process is a three-bed-nine step process.
