This research exploits the key factor that may influence the enterprise operational performance.We analyze the cutomization process systemtically and apply DMAIC approach to reduce the process defect. We also bring up a ERP cusomization procedure - by the application of ARIS Toolset, we can clarify the misfit between enterprise system and business process,and make the customizatoin more precise and efficient.
