However, there are some unexpected accident events happened during the new product development, which makes the schedule not been kept as we wish. Using DCOR and APQP, it enables to link all of the processes during the new product development. It makes each stage have suitable planning and to promote the key value of technology and intangible assets ability of enterprises effectively. Through the process management of new product development, we use APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC and CP (Control plan) to standardize procedure.
