In this study, plants were informed by mail of Human Resources Head (cadres), then by mailing questionnaires to the plant as a survey of all middle managers, object, and the head of their subordinates to choose two as with the questionnaire, a total of 120 questionnaires issued charge copies of 240 subordinate questionnaires. A total sample of 103 middle managers of questionnaires, 206 questionnaires were subordinates. The main use of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis , statistical analysis. Personality traits found in the middle managers with no significant correlation between job performance, but will join the leadership style variables, and job performance were found significant positive correlation, so in order with the personality traits of leadership style and job performance among "intermediary" effect.
