Reverse logistics with strategic value for enterprise due to a good reverse logistics process can enhance companies competitive and increase invisible value of supply chain. Therefore, implement reverse logistics as company competitive has become a main topic.
The product life cycle of the TFT-LCD panel is gradually getting into the mature stage, and meanwhile, the strategic value of reverse logistics containing to strengthen brand identifications and customer satisfaction for keeping market share. Thus, it will increase profit if company can implement effective reverse logistic processes, like provide good repair service after sales.
This study focus to collect which factors affect repair performance of reverse logistics after sales service, compare the weights of reverse logistics key performance indicator of repair service via export questionnaires. The purpose is to set up evaluation system when enterprises review the repair performance of reverse logistics.
