Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 機械工程學系 === 98 === This thesis is mainly aimed the calculation of the flow in oscillatory flow pumps using bimorph piezoelectric actuators, combining ANSYS finite element software with CFD program in order to solve Fluid-Structure interaction(FSI) problems. For computational simulations of the piezoelectric pump, the ANSYS is used; for computational simulations of the flow field, the CFD program is used. The result showed that flow rate of the flow pump is deeply affected by voltage, amplitude and frequency. In order to increase the flow rate of flow pumps is applied more high voltage. The resonance frequency of piezoelectric actuators is decreasing clear by setting piezoelectric actuators in fluids. The amplitude of the piezoelectric actuator of this thesis had been compared with the calculation of ANSYS harmonic analysis, and we received good result. This coupled method can analysis the vector field, streamline, pressure of flow field, but ANSYS harmonic analysis can’t.
