The participants were 972 high-school P.E. teachers in Taiwan. The questionnaire survey was adopted in the current study. The quantitative data acquired were analyzed through exploratory factor analysis, descriptive statistics, One-way MANOVA, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and stepwise regression analysis. The results of the study indicated that: 1) Most of the P.E. teachers accepted moral leadership of the P.E. section chiefs. Some P.E. teachers felt satisfied with the formation of organizational trust of the P.E. section chiefs. In organizational citizenship behavior, P.E. section chiefs performed better on sportsmanship and citizen morality. 2) School attributes and the position of the P.E. teachers had an impact on moral leadership. 3) The education background and the gender of the P.E. teachers had an impact on co-worker trust. 4) The education background and the gender of the P.E. teachers had an impact on supervisor trust. 5) The gender of the P.E. teachers had an impact on organizational citizenship behavior. 6) A positive correlation was shown between moral leadership, co-worker trust, supervisor trust, and organizational citizenship behavior of the P.E. section chiefs. 7) Each perspective of organizational citizenship behavior of the P.E. teachers could be predicted by moral ethics, concern ethics, co-worker trust, and supervisor trust. In conclusion, the researcher offers some suggestions for future studies and the education bureaus. Chung-Fu Mou Cheng-Chyi Wu 牟鍾福 吳政崎 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 380 zh-TW
