Subjects: 21 female heavy-weight athletes who participated in 2007 World Taekwondo Championships and 24th Universiade Bangkok 2007. Methods: Videotape recording was used to assist examination of all twenty-two games about skills motion such as the scores, score of point and lost point and application of tactical styles such as aggression attack and counter attack. A total of seven grades of difficulty value of score action was represented as follow: three points marked as 6, two points marked as 5, one point marked as 4, zero point marked as 3, lost one point marked as 2, lost two points marked as 1 and lost three points marked as 0. Athletes were scored by raters with integrity and experience. This study adopted Facets for athletes, raters, tactical styles of aggression attack, tactical styles of counter attack and tactical styles of elite players. Results: A. All athletes showed good reliability, validity and representation. B. All five raters showed excellent consistency and representativeness. C. A full comprehension of elite players’ actual active tactical styles for athletes and coaches’ criteria. Conclusion: A many-facet Rasch measurement was appropriated for the skills analysis of game in Taekwondo.
