This study used qualitative research, through literature search and interviews, to establish data collection and methods of selection, and trying to understand the business strategy of spa industry of Taiwan. The conclusion as follow: 1. Spa development patterns should be diversified, and with professional medical services. By BADE model for this development patterns contribute to the development of spa industry, not only in the parts of the natural resources owned by the original hot springs, cultural resources, transportation, medical services, healthcare activities to create more value and more advantages. 2. Hydrotherapy efficacy for patients after knee replacement, arthritis, rheumatoid patients with cerebral palsy due to muscle rigidity of the patients, is the best choice of rehabilitation activities. In addition, the concept of modern health consciousness makes it for regular health checks, and the increased demand for beauty maintenance, spa industries can form strategic alliances with the hospital. 3. In 2009 the Government introduced six new industrial policy can be learned, future tourism industry and medical industry are the first choice of government policy, so doctors can be placed Restrictions in Hot Springs, in the future should not be hindered. 4. The study suggests that Taiwan's hot spring industry should seek to diversify and differences of the competition mode.
