Research data was collected by depth interview from five senior professional instructors, and understand from the hermeneutic view. According to the result of this study, the identification of adventure education, developing their own styles and the work related to their life that help them find the way to proceed the instructor work. There are four sources of power can keep them stay in the work: the power from themselves, the power from the work, the power from the others and the power from the meaning of life. To the five senior professional instructors, they can experience the meaning from “personal development”, “creativity”, “relating to nature” and “religious and spiritual” in their work.
