Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 終身學習與人力資源發展碩士學位學程碩士在職專班 === 98 === Abstract Songya community in Taichung County was adopted as a research case in this study, whose data was collected by the qualitative method, case study, comprised of interview, document analysis, and observation, and the interview guide was mainly based on the theory of community of practice proposed by Wenger. This study aimed to explore the management of community of practice of Songya community development association and its influence on the association itself, its members, and the whole community so as to understand the issues of concern, knowledge sharing, and practice and growth pertaining to community of practice. The suggestions of community of practice of Songya community development association for community development were further analyzed. The research findings were as follows: 1. The community of practice of Songya community development association was concerned with identification with family, services for minority groups, healthy community building, and cultural heritage, formulating the habits of learning and sharing so as to probe into the issues of local features and community sustainment. 2. Leaders had to reach consensuses through good interpersonal relationship and mutual communication, to set up rules for community to avoid conflict, and to maintain community development by means of the constant interaction with those core members 3. To have community restricted publications and hold activities might unite community members. Sharing practical knowledge could serve minority groups and build healthy community. The cultural heritage might highlight community features as well. 4. Communities could provide the opportunities of knowledge sharing, contribution, and challenge for members to make more contact with people, to enhance capacities for communication, to master practical skills, and to gain self-affirmation 5. To understand problems of community development associations might improve interactive relationship through active and enthusiastic services, obtain the trust of residents to increase the number of members, and assist the management of community development associations. 6. Residents could take actions to support community activities, build the community ambiances of dialogue and learning, and keep communities clean and safe. According to the results above, some suggestions were proposed for the leaders of community of practice, community development associations, residents which developed community of practice, authorities concerned with community development, and future researchers.
