Based on the studying results, some suggests are provided by this thesis: (1) the establishment of different institutions responsible for courses validated, teacher registration and beginning teacher evaluation; (2) beginning teachers take part in the advice and guidance program; (3) eligible teachers must be careful planning to ensure teacher quality; (4) reflect multicultural education in the implementation of teacher education.
