Making silica oxide particle by sol-gel method、magnetic particle by co-precipitating
method and polymer particle by dispersion polymerization method. The magnetic
particle were modified by polymer or silica oxide, then binding anti-BSA on it. We
applied those particles in magnetapheresis. In addition, we applied polymer particle in
microfluidic chip electrophoresis for preliminary study.
