Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 98 === Cross-domain or interdepartmental group work are becoming the main stream operating style in modem companies. Groups are getting important in developing new products and collecting new ideas for innovation. Therefore, collaborating knowledge, linking heterogeneous knowledge, and sharing knowledge among members become the important purpose of group based information systems. However, since the process of innovation is unpredictable, information systems that support the innovation process must be open and flexible. There are some newly emerged groupware based on the Web 2.0 and the open innovation concepts meet these features, such as the widely used Wiki that is both open and flexible for collaboration. But as an enterprise group work platform, the current form of Wiki is not easy to be integrated and reused, and lacks appropriate communication tool for brainstorming. This thesis proposed a enhancement framework through integrating Semantic Web and user interface improvements for the enterprise group work situation. A prototype of the proposed framework is developed, and the implications are also discussed.
