| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 98 === The renowned professor, Dr. R. C. T. Lee (Lee Chia-Tung), always advocates that the poor children should not be trapped into the poverty forever. He also hopes the children from poor family can catch up school work as early as possible to eliminate the learning gap, and could get out of poverty eventually from proper learning and education. This concept has been widely accepted by society today. However, due to gap between urban and rural area and other factors, how to help the students without adequate resources to learn effectively is a very important issue. This study aims to develop an information system to help the children in remote areas to have effective learning. It is a well known fact that the repeating learning has been considered the best way of learning. However, this process requires a lot of preparation for teachers or volunteers. Through the help of databases and computer technology, this study will try to make the tedious and time consuming process short and easy. And also keep track all the grades of the students in the database, through statistical analysis, to identify the most beneficial learning process for different students. This system is now adopted and used by BOYO Social Welfare Foundation to help and improve children learning.
