Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 98 === Organizational Learning has become an important direction to keep the competitiveness in modern enterprises. People in organizations have to learn and develop along with organizations. In order to maintain their advantages in the long term, organizations have to keep learning faster than their competitors. Therefore, organizations need proper instruments or methods to help them learn much faster and efficiently. There are two important factors to successfully build up learning organization or promote organizational learning: one is the presentation of organization members’ mental models; the other one is the interaction among members in the organization. This research suggests that by using Mind Mapping, the users can present their thread of thoughts and express their mental models more easily; and through unhindered organizational communications proper interactions among organization members can be achieved. In order to enhance organizational learning, this research proposed a framework to integrate the Mind Mapping and synchronous/asynchronous communication mechanism into Group-Based information systems. Implication of the proposed framework and a prototype are illustrated and discussed.
