Researcher interviewed nine current or former Christian background institutions unmarried pregnant girls performed a Christian social worker services program. Interview results showed that social workers face not only the belief in the value of the treatment and treatment decision of the impact, but also experienced and professional bodies for the faith can not be fully integrated in policy and treatment decision them, for fear of too obvious belief in the value of performance will affect the public trust in the social work profession. In addition, poor communication is also an important issue, social workers have a communication gap between young girls, employees within the organization also have the communication gap.
