The purpose of this study was to develop website evaluation tool to evaluate the quality a website providing information for taking care of elders with chronic conditions. This was a descriptive study. Review of literature was conducted to identify indicators to evaluate the quality of website for information on care of elders with chronic conditions. The website evaluation tool was tested with its reliability and validity. One hundred and sixty five of health care professionals were asked to use this tool to evaluate the content aspect quality of “Inspired-aging Web for Elders with Chronic Condition”.One hundred and sixty eight of informational engineers were asked to evaluate the interface design aspect quality of “Inspired-aging Web for Elders with Chronic Condition”. To understand the quality of chronic conditions elder care educational websites contribute to correct information post on the website. The results show that the evaluation tool consists of two aspects, 10 criteria, and 66 items. The criteria were: accuracy, confidentiality, disclosures, authorship, currency, coverage, distinguishability in the content aspect and accessibility, interaction and link in interface design aspect. The sum of each aspect was 33. Internal consistency was good, with a content validity of 0.90 to 0.96 and Kappa coefficient of 0.744 to 0.742 .The quality of “Inspired-aging Web for Elders with Chronic Condition” was good. Mean score of the content aspect was 30.4 (SD ± 2.8) and interface design aspect of mean score was 28.4 (SD ± 4.1), overall quality mean score was 58.8.
