碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 高階管理碩士在職專班 === 98 === Five Taiwan newly created thin film solar cell companies are chosen to understand the process of entrepreneur at this research thesis. The chance, resource and team are case_studied with the multiple data resource by the method of deep interview and story telling. During the entrepreneur process of Taiwan thin film solar cell, the discovering of entrepreneur chance is highly dependent on the “professional judgment” of technic and business. Especially, there is decisive impact by technical judgment. The key point of entrepreneur resource is the retrieving of critical and external resource creatively. The decisive point of entrepreneur team is the excellently technical team. The entrepreneur integration did rely on the characteristics of an entrepreneur or “mother company”. And these characteristics would dominate the way for integration, balance, and efficiency of chance, resource, and team. Most models of entrepreneship characteristics are the same between Taiwan and Western society. However! There were some locally unique and special features or models from Taiwan entrepreneeship. They are “Professinally, technical judgement is superior to business one for chance acquirement.”, “Team decision is the necessay condition to success of entreprenure. However! Specific people make decision is a uniquse feature in Taiwan.”, and “For large companies, integration by characteristics of entreprenure is less important than that of mother-company.”
