Moreover, professional financial employees have to possess not only service enthusiasm, but also the related professional knowledge. It is very important to concentrate on whether the job satisfaction of financial employee impacted by organizational commitment while they are under various pressure and requests. Therefore, this study explores if the perception of employee from working pressure is influenced by their organizational loyalty. At the same time, this study focuses on the change between job satisfaction and other varieties. Because few researches concerned about employees in one bank, this thesis tries to study financial employees in south area branch of C bank. The research approaches are second-hand data collecting and sending 300 questionnaires by random sampling in March 2010. After eliminating invalid sample, 262 valid samples are obtained and the valid percentage is 87.33%. The empirical results showed that there exist both significant positive relationship for organizational commitments and job pressure between job satisfaction, society satisfaction, and egocentric satisfaction. Furthermore, this thesis suggests that company should do the survey over internal employees, who are seniorities and married. And for basic-level-staff or junior status, the company offers internal and external training, and establishment of an advanced training program.
