This converter can achieve high voltage ratio with appropriate duty cycle about 0.5 to 0.7 by using the coupled-inductor and voltage lift technology. Also, this converter has the advantage of simple structure and high efficiency like Boost converter. The analysis of operating principle of this converter is performed at first. Then, the turn-ratio of the coupled-inductor is discussed for voltage ratio and the efficiency of the proposed converter. Finally, a prototype circuit with 24 V input voltage, 200 V output voltage and 200 W output power is implemented to verify the performance of the proposed converter. J.F.
