As cross-Strait relations with the Mainland China improves, the chances of mutual trade are growing more and more, Taiwan’s enterprises are no longer neglect the problem we will face; that is to say---the competition of businesses will become fierce. Facing the problem, the companies will wonder which leadership styles can guide the team of enterprises to success. This study will put an emphasis on this issue. Meanwhile, with taking participation of interactive way of enterprises increasingly, every firm has installed the enterprise resource planning (ERP) to enhance organizational performance; however, the else the ERP needs some key factors to make the process more smoothly. Those key factors will be another issue which the study will figure out. Based on the new theory of leadership styles, motive of installing ERP was released by Hsiao Chien-yu (2000) some scholars presented a lot of key factors to lead ERP to be successful---the organizational culture by Wallach (1983) and organizational strategy by Miles & Snow (1978). Thanks to these great bibliographies, the variables and the compositions of this study can be confirmed. The hypotheses were proposed by analyzing the relation of known variables. Three hundred and twenty questionnaires were issued (two hundred and eighty-one usable and returned copies, with a returning rate at 86.56%). Proven by the statistical methods such as description analysis, factor analysis, the analysis of variance (ANOVA), T-test, and regression analysis, etc… In sum, to be a successful enterprise depends on leadership. The leaders should have changed themselves upon the mode of industries continuously. To get good use of ERP, the companies should advise the actual condition, and get the report if there are any faults in the process by the ERP. Above all, the company should make an expected plan about the result after installing the ERP. With the three elements, it will be easier to get the best performance of ERP.
