Among these three periods, the focus is their cognitions, sentiments and strategies. The intentions of clarification are to make the public more comprehend females having body fitness and for the reference of counselors to aid people who are eager to reduce weight healthfully. Based on the research purpose, this thesis adopts “narrative research measure” to progress, inviting five narrators to be interviewed, accomplishing main body of story by introducing their personal experiences of successful body fitness as the main axis. Moreover, the researcher will interpret and induce details of statements for the five respective narrators having successful body fitness so as to explore the mutual traits of their mental-journey. The outcomes of research are briefed as following, 1. Effective Body Fitness Period: (1) Cognitions They are: sticking up to the significance of weight control, executing body fitness plan aggressively, making tremendous emphasis on effect of body fitness, frequently doing self-evaluation and gradually boosting self-esteem along with slimming of body shape. (2) Affections They are: mood going up and down along with effect of body fitness and the effort of executing body fitness plan. (3) Strategies They are: principles of executing body fitness, dietary control, enduring exercising and social support. 2. Stagnation Period: (1) Cognitions They are: confiding in reducing weight if keeping body fitness habit, comforting self with words like not going back to gain weight, already reducing to the acceptable weight and emphasizing transformation of appearance rather than the real weight which is merely as reference. (2) Affections They are: being outraged, frustrated and inclined to giving up as a result of weight stagnation or needless to care too much about weight stagnation. (3) Strategies They are: continuously executing body fitness plan, exercising to mitigate stress in the stagnation period and adopting more severe measures to body fitness. 3. Maintenance Period: (1) Cognitions They are: satisfying the advantages of successful body fitness therefore being eager to maintain body shape vigorously and desiring to become slimmer continuously for pursuing lovelier target. (2) Affections They are: blissful mind contributed to successful body fitness and fear originating from increasing weight. (3) Strategies They are: absolutely making change into beneficial habits which is leading a body fitness life mode and monitoring weight every day and initiating the body fitness mechanism if once increasing weight.
