Then, we want to find out whether there exists significant correlation among “Emotional Intelligence” and “Interpersonal Relationship”. Finally, we would provide meaningful conclusion and suggestion for real estate companies. We design a questionnaire consulted past literatures and scholars’ to carry out this survey. Real estate agencies of high and low job performances from eight real estate companies are selected and we distributed 215 questionnaires to those employees by convenient sampling. There are 206 questionnaires are returned, 60 questionnaires are ineffective, and 146 of them are effective samples. We adopted EXCEL and SPSS to analyze data. Statistical methods used in this study include Descriptive Statistics, T-test, Exploratory Factor Analysis and Pearson's Correlation. Results show that there are significant differences in Interpersonal Relationship and there are partial significant differences in Emotional Intelligence, and there are significant correlation between Emotional Intelligence and Interpersonal Relationship of those real estate agencies. Based upon the discovering from the research, suggestion is proposed.
