Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 海洋科技與事務研究所 === 98 === The purpose of this study is to examine diversification of fishery harbors in Taiwan, find out problems that currently occur and may happen in the future, and propose feasible improving strategy, so to enable sustainable management. In the study, fishery harbors are classified into four groups, namely, multi-developing, fishery supplement, cultural-historic value, and ecological- recreational style according to significance of natural landscape or social-cultural resources. The problems issues are identified for four project implementing stages including planning, architecture hardware, operation, and maintenance. Main problems emerged comprise insufficient unified decision authorization, inadequate planning and hardware design, conflicts of yachting and fishery activity, maintenance and sustainable resource utilization, and efficiency of community integrity. The solution strategies concluded in this study are (1) adopting of project organization to improve decision-making results, (2) use of architecture design and planning to provide better landscape. (3) accepting perspective of the community to profit operation and maintenance of the projects. (4) regional planning and management implemented with adequate regulation to obtain sustainable environment resources. (5) new diversification to provide more improvement of fishery harbors. Application of the proposed strategy in this study could obtain more sustainable for various types of fishery harbors.
