Two sets of experiment were carried out in terms of aging temperature and aging time. First, three aging temperatures(T1℃、T2℃、T3℃)were tested , each with four aging times(t1、t2、t3、t4). Second, an aging time of 30mins was tested with 6 aging temperatures(T1℃、T4℃、T2℃、T5℃、T3℃、T6℃).It was found that the condition of aging temperature at T2℃ for t2 gave the best mechanical properties with yielding strength 927MPa and elongation 12%. For bio-implant applications, low modulus is desirable for avoiding stress shielding effect, in this study, the as-cast Ti-7.5Mo alloy has the lowest modulus than other heat treatment condition, which value is 86GPa, and aging temperature at T1℃ for t6 has the highest one, the value is 132GPa, the difference of the value is 53.5% of the lowest one.
