The purposes of this research are mainly to understand the influence of organizational culture on organizational change, organizational learning, and further on organizational performance. The three purposes are stated as belows: 1. To indicate the importance of organizational culture in management concept. 2. To understand the correlation between organizational change and organization learning after financial crisis. 3. To understand the influence of organizational culture, organizational change and organization learning on organizational performance after financial crisis. The samples of this study incorporated 6 companies of Taiwan auto parts and accessories industry and issued 500 questionnaires to proceed the test of hypotheses. The empirical results demonstrate two major findings: (1) The organizational culture incorporates the characters of consideration, support and innovation, the consensus within organization can be agglomerated efficiency and it facilitates the organizational change and learning, further to improve the organizational performance. (2) There is a correlation between organizational change and organizational learning. Based on the empirical results, this study proposes several practical suggestions and expects the corporations to realize the importance of “human being” and consider it as the core of organizational culture in decision makings.
