Development and conceptual evolution on harbor resonance are reviewed, and analytical solutions for two-entrances harbor with constant depth are constructed and analyzed. The resonance coupling between two adjacent inlets is investigated. When a canal link two inlets, the incident wavelength is n/2(n=1、3、5…)times the length of the linked canal, the linked canal will have the standing wave. If two inlets are the same of length, the structure is symmetrical so that the water level of two inlets are the same of water level. The purpose of this thesis is on the analysis the relation between amplification factor R and wave number k. The result can apply to harbor engineering practice.
