This study will field experiment PAC pavements subject to obtain evaluation of pavements; on the other hand, through put in Life-cycle cost analysis to consider pavements’ long evaluation results to assess PAC pavements’ economic benefits. Field test classification 9 section of road to conduct 5 trial, permeability testing, rut testing, flatness testing, pavement friction testing and environmental noise testing. By the way of testing data, analysis opening and before open for pavement evaluation about change, using difference asphalt materials and wheel track on each road pavement’s evaluation of difference. This study shows that each section testing of road’s pavement evaluation all above average after 8~22months. Section road of using high viscosity asphalt all have better evaluation on drainage capacity, rut resistance force, anti skid and Overall pavement evaluation target, especially show on rut, after road opening 22 months only has 2~4mm wear and tear. By environmental noise data, noise on PAC pavement around 70db, less 8db between dense grade asphalt concrete pavement and rigid pavement data. It shows that PAC pavement has noise reduction effect. About economic benefit, PAC /DGAC pavement’s life cycle cost analysis results shows PAC pavement performance maintained must 2 years above, and more economical by PAC pavements application than DGAC.
