Peter Drucker said: "Innovate or die (Innovate, or die)." However, innovation versus relative physical land and capital versus labor are intangible abilities and knowledges. Their access and use are not easy. So, how to effectively and quickly train employees’ creativity will be the essential pathway for survival when a company facing fierce challenges of trade competition. The purpose of this study is to provide an innovative method for applications of different time periods, environments and cultures. Unlike ordinary QFD and Six-standard deviations method, which are based on Lean production way of product innovation, the present research hopes to foster creative thinking employees and innovation capacity. This study uses CPS infrastructure in product innovation, taking creative problem-solving mode (CPS) as the spindle of the creations, which can be applied to a variety of times, spaces, environments, cultures and different innovation issues. On stage of mechanical creation, the use of TRIZ is to inspire thoughts of creative mechanism. This research is different from the general application of CPS, with the aim for the concept of universal design, and selects the public transportation system as an instance of the creative method proposed, and develops a number of advantageous bus stop signs over the existing ones.
