In this study, surveys were conducted on quality dimensions and analyzed the opinions from enterprise in terms of quality attributes to Kano model and through dimensions of functional quality elements to increase importance indices to locate the key factors to effectively increase product positioning by quality elements. Establish practices and process for positioning on product design on the basis of customer expectations. First, focusing on the 12 quality dimensions in surveys concentrated from 18 evaluation indices of Enterprise edition from evaluation standards of TTQS training quality. With TTQS consultants, evaluation committees, corporates and training organizations that had ever used e-Learning platform, it makes possible relevant people to fill in survey questionnaire, to acquire the importance on expectations of quality dimensions with respect to e-Learning platform. Through questionnaire with pairwise questions in Kano Model (one in positive, the other in negative), e-Learning platform can be categorized in accordance with quality elements of Kano Model. Then, compare customer attributes with respect to customers’ different point of views on quality dimensions.
