This study data from R.O.C’s listed companies 2005 to 2008 as the object, the use of existing sub-financial information to business performance through factor analysis into four a major factor - the financial factors, the customer factors, the internal factors, learning and growth factor. Then using of regression analysis (Panel data) market value and intangible capital, firm size and firm performance, the association between various factors, and enterprise got into the environment certification for market value of the effect. It would help managers effectively the allocation of resources in various elements of the investments. The empirical results show that environmental certification for the enterprise into market value and intangible assets have a significant impact, has been certified firm with market value and intangible assets are greater than the firm has not obtained certification. The number of employees and firm performance in the financial factor for the market value is a positive effect, indicating an increase in number of employees is good for enterprise human resources, and enhanced market value. The firm age and firm performance in customers factors have negative associated with the market value, that display firm age increase will not necessarily accumulate experience curve, the rigid organizational problems will be arise, leading to a decline in market value. Therefore an impact on the market value of the factor is the employees, rather than the firm age increasing.
