Summary: | 碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系 === 98 === In the global competition environment, enterprise faces with many kinds of challenge. To maintain the enterprise’s competition in the market, constantly improving internal /external efficiency of entire supply chain is the major issue. There are many enterprises who have launched the RFID applications in their supply chain management, and these enterprises have had successfully improved the efficiency of supply chain. Therefore, to retain the reliability of complicated RFID system and the system security are the most problems need to be address.
RFID system consists of tags, antennas, readers, middleware and computer application systems, this research will rearrange the above components to three major subsystems, hardware, software, and remote monitoring subsystem. The components of each subsystem will be defined for further reliability study. The failure rate of each component will be obtained thru elaborative lab experiments, and recorded. With the method of Structural equation model (SEM), the key subsystem of RFID system which affects the total reliability will be identified.
Through regression analysis, the results of research will provide a clear for future research and enterprises who wish to verify the reliability of RFID application system
