According to relevant survey, people spend as long as 8 to 12 hours a day working indoors, related researches also pointed out that the different illumination and color temperature will affect human psychologically and physically responses. Therefore, this research is on the influences of lighting ambient to human body. In a controlled laboratory with constant temperature and humidity, different LED lamps with different color temperatures and illuminations are made by various LED light bars. Then, heart rate variability (HRV), electrocardiogram (ECG) of the subjects are measured by using non-invasive measurement, and analyzed. The analysis of heart rate variability (HRV) is used to understand the activation of both the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system conditions, which is as an indicators of autonomic nervous system excitation, and assay the differences in different lighting situations. With efficient questionnaire surveys, both subject psychological reaction and mental states are found out the influences and impacts of different color temperatures and illuminations of LED on human bodies 薛英家 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 64 zh-TW |

Therefore, this research is on the influences of lighting ambient to human body.
