碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 企業管理學系所 === 98 === Because of the financial crisis, the possibility of the price in real estates going down increases and borrowers may face the problem of unemployment or decline in income and then induce the downward trend of Bank Financial Strength Rating and the possibility of default and risk raises. Besides, we consider the program of wealth management may be affected by the financial crisis and the loss in investment by Lehman Brothers. As the reasons mentioned, we follow the strategy that securing the origin and nurture the spirit from the branch and push the strategy being kind to everyone. We take the objective increasing current deposits as the priority in our annual strategic goal. This is a case study which collects the integrated performance management in deposits sales from a branch in Taiwan. It includes the strategic goal of current deposits’ integrated performance management, the key success factors expressed by EFQM model, the choice of Viable System model, and the contents and evaluation of key performance indices expressed by VSM model. We hope it could further bring a good performance in current deposits and achieve the branch’s goal of integrated performance management.
