In the past decade, Global Positioning System (GPS) has been widely used, and GPS static positioning has been upgraded to Real Time Kinematic (RTK). In recent years, website technique is combined to develop various network RTK technologies, such as VRS, FKP, and MRS. This study adopted e-GPS based on VRS of National Land Surveying and Mapping Center and Civil-NET based on FKP to survey coordinates of control points through Taichung City Monitoring Network. The results indicated the surveyed coordinates of the two systems have system error after comparison with the Bulletin System. However, after elimination of system errors, the worse values of two systems meet the precision requirements. RMSE of both systems are in within 3cm, so the precision of positioning is good.
