Techniques for evaluation in training based on Kirkpatrick’s model were used to develop the questionnaires. The questionnaires were mainly focused on the satisfaction in core competencies learning (i.e., reaction level) and the task performances after the training implemented (i.e., behavioral level), those were responded by the trainees and their supervisors, respectively. As to the curriculums, results showed that the average score in satisfaction rated by the trainees was 4.53 (maximum at 5). There are 95.5% of all respondents who felt “satisfied” or “very satisfied” on the overall curriculums. The training program also resulted in 96.0% of the trainees and 91.9% of the supervisors who agreed with the well-established effects from the training transferring to the task performances. However, there is no difference between the trainees’ satisfaction on the curriculums and the transferred effects after the training (all p>0.05). The satisfaction in core competencies learning (i.e., reaction level) and the corresponding task performances (i.e., behavioral level) are relevant. That is, higher satisfaction in learning of core competencies leads to higher task performances. The findings from the study can be served as a reference for curriculum development in training programs. Yi-Lang Chen 陳一郎 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 94 zh-TW
