With the development of information technology, the integrated information systems have been transferred to between enterprises. The current business trend is developing collaborate business. The role of supplier be shifted as be co-worker by negotiated price method; then, can cut down the purchasing time, reduce mistakes, retrench cost, and make their competition capability.
How to use the information technology to develop their business in this slight-benefit time is the most important issue. In the related researches of the collaboration of supplier, there are lost key elements effect the collaborate business as the following: the support of co-enterprise, the difference of supplier’s information technology, the supplier shared their information with some misgivings, the supplier’s operation process can’t meet the rule, and some problems are on integrated the supplier’s system. This research provided the resource commitment (manage resources, financial resources, and relationship resources), the support of information system (the capability and proportion of the information system, and information technology), l brought out the positive effect on the partner relationship. Besides, the quality of information on the collaborate business platform was be interfere factor.
The results showed: (1) The higher the supplier of information systems support, while on the higher F's partnership. (2) Commitment to higher supplier information, then on the F’s company the higher the e-procurement partnership. (3) The higher the quality of supplier information, then on e-procurement partnerships higher. (4) Information commitment to interaction with the higher information quality, then on the F’s company the higher the e-procurement partnership. (5) Information systems to support interaction and higher quality information, then on the F's company the higher the e-procurement partnership.
