Accomplish this study by collecting related papers and taking depth interview. Last, combining with SWOT theory to analysis Taijiang’s strength、 weakness、opportunity and threat. And to find the solving development strategy for Taijiang National Park in the future. This study will find that how to driven the development of the neighbor Tainan area after set up Taijiang National Park. The result observes that Taijiang National Park combines local eco-tour and cultural tour to a unique area. The Wetland ecology resource is unlike other seven national parks. Last, one goal is to maintain or develop much stronger fisheries culture and industry. And seek more economic benefits for the local inhabitants.
