It is especially suitable for business where customer’s requirements are constantly changing over time. There are variants of Agile methods following the Agile principles. The application is depending on the specific requirements of each company. Deriving from the practical requirements of business activities, A-Hope Information Consulting Corp considers applying Agile method for their project management process. However, as approaching this method, the company has got two issues: - Currently in the world, there are still many different opinions of a good model of project management. The Agile method itself also has many different models. The models are from simple to complex depending on the conditions of each company. What model of Agile method should the firm use and how to adjust it to the best? - Currently there are many different tools support project management follow the Agile method. Most of them support big and complex software projects. Some of smaller ones have few features. To apply successfully Agile method, the firm need to build their own tool which fit to firm's activities. What features should this tool include? The research includes two missions: (1) study and propose an approach to Agile method for project management in A-Hope Information Consulting Corp; (2) design a web-based application to support the software development process following the Agile method.
