Summary:碩士 === 明新科技大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 98 === The study adopts the method of“Seven tools for New Product Planning”and focus on domestic Assignment Teacher in the universities, colleges and institutes as the research object. By Seven Tools for New Product Planning (P7), this research tries to plan and study new service of Assignment Teacher in the universities, colleges and institutes. The whole research process includes the interview investigation, opinions survey and factor analysis at first. Second, moreover, providing possible creative solving project. In second stage of the research process, also providing the creative comment, selection, and conjoint analysis which are all based on the teachers’ opinions. After all the processes above, this study can have an idea about how the teachers feel about the higher education publisher. And it is in the basis of understanding the teachers’ comments, tries to plan a new service of Higher Education Publisher, which can make the consumers be touched and impressed. The result explains as follows One of the overall subject of five new services for the priority degree of the preference attribute,“To publish the textbook including the enterprise education and training special course”, “Electronic textbook“,“Provides an entering a higher school various subjects key whole set of book” ,“According to Civil Service Examination as publish the textbook” and“To publish the textbook according to the domestic modern industry related case”. This study also discusses different aspects for the opinion surveys, and hope can provides the service innovation suggestion of Higher Education Publisher industry.
